About Me
Everyone has a story. Mine starts here in Upstate New York, where I was born and raised. It was here that I became a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). My work on the frontlines of mental health care has given me insight into the challenges individuals face and the systemic changes needed to improve outcomes — both of which inform my practice!

​Beyond my professional life, I’m also a proud dog mom to my seven-year-old Morkie, Jax. When I'm not working, you might find me with a warm cup of chai, and a book in hand.​ Also, I love learning. I'm currently working toward my second master's degree: my MBA through SUNY Oswego, with a focus in healthcare administration.

Most importantly, I thoroughly enjoy the work I do with my clients- supporting others on their unique journeys.
